Andy, it was a brilliant post with some very thought provoking ideas. A well-versed political analyst I am not, so I always find other people's opinions fascinating.
kudos to you andy. i've been wondering why we with the most "militarily powerful government in the world" can't seem to find a dying old man in a cave. they obviously know where he is...IMO.
warfare has changed and is constantly changing, but good writing and an excellent debate have always maintained qualities reflected in this post - great reading, and thanks
